1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AssistPro (operated by Drift Sphere), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account.
3. Subscription and Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. AssistPro uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record and payment processor.
4. Refunds
We offer a full 14-day refund policy for all new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After the 14-day period, we do not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods.
5. Use of AI
AssistPro uses artificial intelligence to perform tasks. While we strive for accuracy, AssistPro is not responsible for errors made by the AI. Users should review high-stakes actions.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AssistPro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data.
