1. Information We Collect
We collect information identifying you (like your name and email) via Clerk, and data you provide when using our AI features, including task descriptions and integration metadata.
2. AI Data Processing
AssistPro uses artificial intelligence (AI) to process your requests. The data you provide in prompts is sent to third-party AI providers (like Groq) for execution. This data is not used to train global AI models.
3. Third-Party Integrations
We connect with external services including Google (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets), Slack, Notion, and HubSpot. We only store the access tokens required to perform actions you initiate. Google Data Usage: Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Payment Processing
We use Paddle for payment processing. We do not store your credit card details. Paddle handled all financial data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request full data deletion at any time through your settings or by contacting our support.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption for stored tokens and use TLS for all data in transit.
