1. Who We Are
Assist Pro is an AI-powered virtual assistant platform operated by Drift Sphere. We help individuals and small businesses automate research, sales outreach, and workflow management through AI and integrations with third-party services.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Name, email address, and profile information via Clerk (our authentication provider).
- AI Interaction Data: Text prompts, voice input (converted to text), and task descriptions you provide.
- Long-Term Memory (RAG): Summaries of past interactions stored as vector embeddings in our database to help the AI remember context over time. This data is tied to your account and can be deleted.
- Integration Tokens: OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for third-party services you connect (Google, Slack, HubSpot, etc.).
- Usage Data: Actions created, tasks completed, and general platform activity logs for providing the service.
- Payment Data: Subscription status, plan type, and billing cycle. No card data is stored by us (handled by Paddle).
3. AI Data Processing
Assist Pro processes your input using multiple AI providers depending on your subscription plan. Data sent to AI providers is used solely to fulfill your request.
- Groq (Llama 3.3): Used for fast, low-latency responses on Starter plans.
- Google Gemini (gemini-1.5-flash): Used for high-complexity tasks.
- OpenAI (GPT-4o): Used for Professional plan users requiring the highest reasoning quality.
- Anthropic (Claude 3.5): Used as an Enterprise fallback model.
- Voice Processing (Whisper / ElevenLabs): Voice audio is converted to text for processing and is not stored permanently.
None of your data is used to train any AI models by us or our providers, per our contractual agreements.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services, we store only the OAuth tokens required to perform actions you explicitly initiate. We never read or store data from your connected accounts beyond what is needed to execute your requested action in real time.
Connected services may include: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive/Sheets, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Trello, ClickUp, Zoom, Calendly, WhatsApp (Twilio), and custom Webhooks (n8n).
Google User Data Disclosure
Assist Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Scope-Specific Usage:
- Gmail: Accessed only when you explicitly request to read, draft, or send an email. Content is processed in real time and is not stored permanently, shared, or used for advertising or AI model training.
- Calendar: Accessed only when you request to list, create, or update calendar events.
- Drive / Sheets: Uses the
drive.filescope only. We can only access files you explicitly select or that Assist Pro creates on your behalf. We cannot access your full Google Drive.
Limited Use Compliance:
Google user data is accessed only to perform actions you initiate. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or AI model training. It is not reviewed by humans except as required for security, debugging, or legal compliance.
5. Autonomous Browser Agent
Assist Pro includes a web browsing agent (powered by Stagehand/Playwright) that browses the internet on your behalf to perform research tasks. This agent operates in a sandboxed server environment. Websites it visits may log standard HTTP request headers (IP address, user agent). We do not store browsing history beyond the task result returned to you.
6. Payment Processing
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record and payment processor. All payment card data is handled exclusively by Paddle. We do not store, see, or process your credit card information. Paddle handles sales tax collection and remittance globally. Your subscription plan (Starter or Professional, Monthly or Annual) and billing status are stored in our database. A 14-day free trial is offered on new subscriptions; no charge is made during the trial period.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication (Clerk) and payment integrity (Paddle). We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. See our full Cookie Policy for details.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data, integration tokens, task history, and long-term memory embeddings are permanently deleted. Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested service. You may request full data deletion at any time via driftsphere43@gmail.com.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption for stored tokens, TLS 1.3 for all data in transit, and role-based access controls on all database operations. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never logged in plaintext.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("Right to be Forgotten")
- Object to processing of your personal data
- Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
